Enzo Calabria:The 2012 U/12s Premier Development Coachposted by on October 18, 2011
Sydney Olympic FC is proud to announce the appointment of Enzo Calabria, as the 2012 U/12s Premier Development Program Coach. Enzo has had thirty years of playing experience and has been coaching since the year 2007. Enzo has coached both males and females throughout his coaching career and has coached several teams, which include the Enfield Rovers, UNSW Super League U/16s, Cranbrook, St George U/16's Girls and the Metro East U/14's Girls, who were undefeated during their State Titles campaign. Furthermore, Enzo has also held a coaching position in the Football NSW Development Camps and most recently coached the 2011 Sydney Olympic FC 1st Grade Women's team. Additionally, Enzo possesses an FFA/AFC 'C' License which he obtained succesfully at the Australian Institute of Sport and also participated in an Italian Football Coaching Course/Seminar in 2009. As the U/12s Premier Development Program Coach, Enzo will endeavour to develop the skills of young footballers, within a non-competitive and threatening environment. With a prime focus on development rather than results, Enzo will educate and improve his players co-ordination and movement skills and football technique, in order to produce highly talented and skilled players for the future. Sydney Olympic FC would like to congratulate Enzo on his new coaching position and wish him the very best of luck. We are confident that Enzo will meet the expectations, of the Board, parents, players and fans of our Club.
