KOKODA TRACK FUNDRAISER 2011

Fourteen months ago William Rigby was diagnosed with a brain tumour and was treated at the Prince of Wales Hospital.  William overcame various obstacles with the prognosis now remaining positive, thus William has decided to raise cancer awareness by embarking on the Kokoda Track Challenge in August 2011.

The NSW Cancer Council, is supporting William on his journey and Sydney Olympic FC would like to encourage all members and supporters to assist in any way possible, either by means of monetary donations or by providing vouches or prizes which can be raffled on the 19th of July at the 2011 Kokoda Track Fundraiser Dinner, at the St George Motor Boat Club, San Souci.

Charities that benefit from the fundraising dinner, donations and raffles include The Cure for Life Foundation, The McGrath Foundation, The NSW Cancer Council and many more charity organisations.

If you would like more information regarding this event or would like to attend please contact William (Bill) Rigby on 0418 409 815 or via email at bill.rigby@optusnet.com.au
