Sydney Olympic FC is a stalwart supporter of people in need and on Friday 14/05 Directors and Seniors players of our Club attended an event organized by CAN ASSIST and supported by Football Federation Australia where all funds raised will go towards helping country families access cancer treatment, accommodation and much needed support. 

Former Socceroo Captain Alex Tobin, current Socceroo Assistant Coach Graham Arnold where just a few of the big names that attended the event.  FFA officials talked about their expectations for the upcoming World Cup in South Africa and also mentioned that in the first week of December Australia will know the outcome of the bid for the 2022 World Cup.
